What is the Tales of Lev:

This comic series centers around Thomas Lev who is not your ordinary young soldier. His life and battles rest in a dream-world, Gluban, that resides within a sleeping girl's mind. Yet this world is not what one would expect from a child's imagination. There is no delicate perfection. Within it are trying situations such as war, chaos, crime, and corruption that Thomas and his companions feel obligated to mend for their own desires to bring peace and sanctity to Gluban.

Although this is presently a web series, there is a first issue up on Amazon's Kindle which starts with the origin of the story. There will be more issues out and, when they are, I will post them up on the purchase page.

About the Author/Comic Artist:

I've always had a love for art ever since I was young and I'd made it a habit to create my own characters and stories. One could say I got a lot of my inspiration from events in my own life, dreams, and some of my favorite comics and movies, some of which are the Nightmare Before Christmas and Batman. I pursued my education in art at such locations as the Art Labs at Snug Harbor Cultural Center, the Art Studio of Staten Island, the Art School of Minneapolis, and Wagner College. As a student I learned to draw and paint with such media as ink, pastel, charcoal, acrylic, oil, and watercolor. I also found sculpting, graphic design, and teaching the arts another favorite part of my past-time. I used the elements of graphic and web design to advertise for an assortment of comedy shows presented by Soul Joel Productions and other comedy troups. In 2009, my artwork was featured in the Wagner College Union Gallery with several other artists. I had another series shown at Wagner in April of 2010. In July of 2010, my art was exhibited at the Everything Goes Cafe on Staten Island and other similar venues. Even to this day, I'm still creating and loving it!
